Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, you are continually focused on helping our customers improve their training and be successful with Travitor. Work closely with customers to discover their training needs and challenges and then coach them on the best ways to use Travitor to solve them. Help to identify areas where existing customers could improve their use of Travitor or uncovering new uses for Travitor. This may include instructional design, curriculum architecture and multimedia design using a variety of leading industry tools.

As our customers’ point of contact, you’ll be the friendly voice, providing award-winning customer service, troubleshooting, and support. We’ll rely on you to listen to our customers and use your expertise, creativity, and passion to meet their needs. You’re a problem-solver and amazing with customers! You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time.

  • You are passionate about customer support.
  • Prior experience doing customer support for a SaaS-based web application.
  • You are skilled at explaining technical problems.
  • You have excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • You can work with us in our office in Las Vegas.
