How does Travitor’s pricing work?

The Team Plan costs $7.99 per user per month when billed yearly and $9.99 per user per month when billed monthly. For Companies who would like more users can contact us for a quote for our Pro or Enterprise Plan.

We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?

You’ll be able to add or remove users at any time. Additional users are only billable if they’re active. Travitor will automatically detect if new users become active, and if that happens, we’ll make a one-time charge of $9.99 per active user, per month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Travitor with any major credit card. For yearly subscriptions over 100 users, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

If you have a monthly plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective on your renewal date. You’ll have access to your data for the remaining days of your monthly subscription, and you won’t be charged for any additional months. Only a billing owner of a paid account may cancel a paid plan.

If you have an annual subscription, you can cancel within 60 days of your renewal date.

You can cancel at any time during the 7-day trial period. If you cancel on or before your trial expiration date, your account will not be charged.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Travitor wants to support people in the world who are doing good things. That’s why we offer special discount pricing for qualified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions on a Pro annual plan.
